Audit Executive

  1. To participate in client assignments from beginning to end including performing audit field works, verifying documents, compiling audit working papers and collecting sufficient audit evidences in order to accomplish whole audit assignment.
  2. To prepare audit planning, prepare audit work papers, audit reports and findings, ensure quality paper work and reports before issuance to clients.
  3. To prepare audit reports and present audit findings and recommendations.
  4. Perform statutory audits, stock count observation and other verification works.
  5. To assist in the planning, execution and finalization of all areas of the audit assignment for manager or partner's review, seeking input for areas of concern and judgement.
  6. To be able to advise and communicate with clients in regards to auditing queries.
  7. To establish close working relationships with clients, with a view to assess their requirements and to meet their expectations, with all aspects of audit assignments.
  8. To liaise with affiliates - secretaries, tax agents, bankers and etc.
  9. To complete audit work within budget time and meeting datelines.

Tax Executive

  1. To perform individual tax, partnership tax and corporate tax, etc.
  2. To perform analysis and prepare related tax schedules.
  3. To ensure timely delivery & submission.
  4. To communicate and coordinate with clients to get job done in an efficient and effective manner.
  5. To deal with and coordinate with IRB officer.
  6. To keep abreast with the new and updated tax laws and regulations.
  7. To perform any other related tasks as and when required.

Secretarial Executive

  1. To perform company secretarial duties such as preparing resolutions; update minutes, register book & other statutory documents; filling of annual returns and financial statements; keeping datelines of the companies and preparing documents to lodge with the Companies Commission of Malaysia.
  2. To ensure all company secretarial matters are in compliance with the relevant acts, guidelines and requirements.
  3. To arrange for signatures on resolutions / minutes / documents, including follow-up and filing of the same in the minutes books / relevant files.
  4. To liaise with external regulators, relevant authorities and advisors such as Companies Commission of Malaysia, lawyers, auditors and etc.
  5. To ensure that the statutory records/registers are properly kept and updated and maintenance of legal documents (including daily secretarial filings).
  6. To ensure prompt response and delivery of documents to clients.
  7. To send reminders and correspondence to clients for any changes and any compliance issue. / To remind clients about compliance issues and taking actions accordingly.
  8. To monitor and administrator on customer payments.
  9. To travel to SSM, Commissioner of Oath, etc. (if required).
  10. To undertake other tasks as assigned by superior from time to time in relation to company secretarial and departmental requirements
  1. Good time management, ability to multi-task and manage job effectively and timely;
  2. Possess good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills;
  3. Team players who are also able to work well independently with minimum supervision and under a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;
